As a multipotentialite, Mathilde Bach Stougard has a broad background bringing together the best from the different areas that she has experience from and worked in.
Professionalism is key for all Mathilde's undertakings and she takes a professional approach to her work and has put in a strong effort to make things happen and succeed while caring for the people around her.
With an early sports career, this focus led Mathilde to study health with a focus on service management wherefrom she started her career in a global company. She has worked in both industries in various roles but she often looks for new ways to develop her career on various levels and after completing a master degree, she has also worked in the Creative Industries as well as a establishing herself as a self-employed.
She has worked on another focus too - entrepreneurship and business - and while working in academia, she also developed an understanding of research. While in this period of her career, Mathilde commenced as a sole trader with different focuses including working on an investment business.
As a person Mathilde has always been curious about life and explores the world around her - always seeking to learn and making an impact or postive difference. She has a strong sense for equality and believes in diversity for the better and has been instrumental in establishing a female entrepreneurial initiative.
While being an expat and becoming a mother, Mathilde has over recent years become more aware of the the core values in her life and therefore she has partly focused more on community work, creativity and the arts. Having volunteered and worked in these areas, she decided to start creating art for herself and after exploring various art forms over the years,
While Mathilde is always open to new opportunities, one of her goals for the future is to start a PhD and do more work in academia as well as being a speaker and panelist, which she has experience in from previous work.
